Gentleman that showed me the unit was very professional and helpful.

I had a very easy experience obtaining this unit. I don’t recall the man’s name that showed it to me, but he immediately swept out leaves so I could move items in the same day. Great experience.

Great customer service

The rooms are a little smaller than expected for the price. I had to go with a much bigger space and the price was a lot more than I wanted to pay, But I choose to go with them because of the location and the customer service was great. Very friendly people on the phone and in person.

Sadly this was sold to me as a 10 foot by 10foot locker and after getting there it was only 9 foot by 9 foot.
