I feel my stuff is secure in the facility

I am storing a classic car at the facility because I have a 2 car garage at my residence. I sometimes get the car out on weekends, but somehow it feels like I'm picking up a parent from an old folks home and taking them back on Monday. LOL The service has been good and I feel that the security issues are well taken care of. For the money, it is a good value. JL

NO SHOWS!

Reserved a unit and made TWO attempts to claim my reservation-no one was in the office either time. No one answers the phone. All contact was made during their posted business hours. I took my services elsewhere.

This facility is a place to store something for cheap. It is in no way a high class facility. It is for people who just need a place to store something and cant afford the expensive monthly cost's associated with most other facility's. That's it, nothing more nothing less.

I commend Great Value Storage and their management

I have been a customer of this location for 10 years.We have parked our RV in various sites. The management runs a tight ship. I have never had a theft or tampering . And have been provided access at inconvenient times with out hesitation.Which is a great plus. Our Gulf Coast hurricane seasons sometimes require a quick response. I commend Great Value Storage and the management at the Baytown location
