The Best Storage Facility with the Best Staff In The Valley!

Moved and Apartment has 0 storage
Relocated to AZ and these apartments storage is garbage. I am renting a small space and it is worth every penny. It was easy to reserve and took no time to move in. Office lady was extra nice.

Super friendly; straight forward
Quiet, secure, outstanding staff, excellent customer service. Friendly, very sweet straight forward staff. Good communication skills. Almost always in office during business hours, if not staff is on property and returns in ample amount of time. No hidden fees. Email or prints receipts every pay period. As well as allows you to pay credit for coming months. No random gathered pedestrians hanging around in units.

Excellent customer service
Donna went above and beyond my expectations to help me get a car stored there, I was calling from out of state and she made the process very painless!! I had been trying to rent a spot for a week but kept running into “ have to be there in person “ that wasn’t possible for me.
She was a great person to deal with on the phone.

Units are a good price at a convenient location.
The management was nice. The price is competitive. Some of the units are not easily accessible. The access hours are also limited. It would be good to have access until 9 or 10.

Gate hours and price
The gate hours dont give you much time at all if you work all the time like me. Most places close around 9 or 10. They close at 7

It serves the purpose and gets the job done!
The storage unit is like every other storage unit. It's located in a good area though and I will say the price was right! The only problem that I had but it wasn't the storage units place it was the phone number that I called they said it had indoor storage and there is no indoor storage at that location!

The only downside to this facility is that access is only allowed to 7:00 pm. Later evening access would be much more convenient. Otherwise, a great place!
