Love this facility. Easy to access 24 hours which is exactly what I needed. It's very clean and the numbers on the units are clearly visible. The customer service is outstanding, very helpful and friendly. Shortly after making my reservation online I received a phone call to welcome me and guide me to set up my account. I was sent an email with everything thing I needed for access and lock was provided. I would say this has been the best experience I've had with storage facilities so far. Definitely recommend to anyone needing extra storage. I got a 10x20 at a great price.

Cheap, clean and convenient
Cheap, clean and convenient storage. Management is chill and cool. They answered the phone everytime I called and followed up with me when they saw I hadn't moved in yet. Which was nice because I was having trouble with my internet so I did not complete the easy online move in process. So management took care of it over the phone. Easy. There was a lock provided for me as well. Overall, great experience.

Simple, helpful, and even on a holiday!
The facility’s operator contacted me personally on New Years while he was driving between states, and got me set up to complete my reservation online. I was able to access my unit and move in at my leisure (some crazy hour of the night), and a personal keyed padlock was already provided along with the unit. Excellent service and communication. Highly reccomending this find, and I plan to remain a tenant indefinitely with the convenient auto-pay all set. A++!

Great price!
I randomly found this place on Sparefoot and picked it because the price seemed way too good to be true. All the reviews were good so I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. You have to call ahead to have someone meet you there, but the owner was quick and arrived before I was there. The price is great, facility is clean, and easy to get to. Definitely recommend.

Great local operation; close in to town; online account management
I was looking for something less expensive than the chain guys but not too far out of town. I was pleasantly surprised to find Stash-n-Go fit those needs. They also have online account management and monthly automatic payments, which a lot of the independent operators don't have, in my experience.

Good prices close-in
This is a great location that can be quickly accessed from two different freeway exits; the price is very competitive for a storage unit this close in to town. I had actually planned on getting a storage unit outside of town to save money, but Stash N Go is a good 5 miles and 4 minutes closer to my house than the out of town units for the same price.
JZ the owner is very hands-on and offers features such as automatic bill-pay and online account management that, in my experience, many independent locations lack.

Older, but still a good facility.
The facility is older and due to that the ceilings aren't as high as a lot of the newer facilities, but the price was still much better than most of the facilities in the area. Also, worring about water entering the unit during some of the heavy rains that we have been having, I noticed that the facility is on high ground and slopes nicely for drain off.

Good storage facility, excellent customer service and friendly staff.
Stash-n-Go was the service I selected to store extra furniture after I'd moved into a smaller apartment; the staff are extremely courteous, and signing up for the storage was quick and straightforward. The rates were also noticeably better than other competitors in Austin.

I have been pleased with the convenience of this facility and the reasonable price.
I'm going through a "domestic realignment" and this facility has been great to work with during this very stressful time. Even with the unusual flooding that happened this spring, my unit stayed dry and secure, and the newly implemented electronic keypad has been easy to use. It's a very good value for the unit size and location.

Good location, active owner, but outdoor lot is a work in progress
I understand that this facility suffered some damage in the recent flooding and they are in the process of rebuilding, but as of this writing (6/17/15) the open lot area is not suitable for secure storage. Prices are reasonable, and the ownership is responsive and helpful. And I will say that the inside storage units look fine, and are drive-up accessible, and protected by a fence and keycode gate. But avoid SNG for outdoor lot storage. I booked an open storage spot at SNG sight-unseen. I had just bought a vehicle and needed a spot to drop it and hopefully store it for a few months until it is reliable enough to drive daily. The outdoor vehicle storage portion of this facility is pretty rough. It consists of a partly leveled, partly sloped, grass surface below the main storage facility, which is on the bank of an unimproved drainage creek (real flood risk here). There is currently no security gate of any kind. The access driveway is very rough, and probably impassable for anything smaller/lower than a pickup truck.

Got a great price on a 10x20. Alex was very nice and professional.
I was able to schedule an appointment to meet him as soon as I came, unlike other places I've been to where you can't speak to the person at the actual facility by phone and have to wait for 30 - 40 minutes once you get there for the manager to get to the office while they are walking around the storage facility.

Great value, perfect location
We just moved into our unit at Stash N Go, which is currently under new management, yesterday afternoon. Initially, I was a little skeptical of the unit due to their pricing being lower than any other 10 X 20 unit in the area, significantly lower. Check in, was a breeze to say the least. I was a little embarrassed because I forgot I had made an appointment to show up at 2:00, and of course the truck was late so that delayed our move out process a few hours. Management was over accommodating in making sure someone was available at the time we would eventually be showing up. When we arrived, we were greeted openly and warmly. The storage place itself was a little rough around the edges when you first pull up, but once you take a walk around it isn't much different from any other storage place. Besides, he new management is busy making tons of upgrades that he was showing me while I was there checking in. Paperwork was quick and easy and we opted in for the additional insurance which as only about 11 bucks a month, didn't seem like a bad idea to me. Overall, everything was very smooth and our specific unit was clean and spacious. We will be here for 6 months, and with this place being right at the corner of Mopac and Parmer, you cant really beat the location.
