Wonderful Staff

Get's the job done
This facility is a little older, interior of the unit has drywall with holes (some patched with thin hard board). The facility requires you to use a specific style of tumbler lock, of which they sell. While the unit does is not going to win any beauty awards, it's very functional and I got a good rate through SpareFoot.com

April was so friendly and explained everything to me clearly, I just cant tell how much she helped me that day, I have left my husband and I am going through I really rough time and she made this experience much easier, I reserved online and it was very easy. if I have anything bad to say it would be that it says $1 first month lease but then you have to pay first time admin fee which I wish they would have known before and also that you require insurance, so I got the storage but I paid way more than I was wanting.

The young man who assisted me was well spoken, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I personally give him 5 out 5 stars. The unit he recommended to me was very clean. My suggestion is the outside of units needs to be sprayed to prevent bugs.

My cousin rented here awhile back and loved it. When I decided to move out my apartment this was the first place I looked. When I arrived I was met by Omar, he was very polite and very helpful he found me a perfect room. March 6 I moved in and the following week he called to check in on my move. Everyone was super helpful with the whole process of renting a storage space. It was a very hot day and a staff member walked me over to look at the space before I rented and it was great because the space was too small. Despite the heat, she walked me over to see a larger space and it was perfect. I was also able to get packing paper, tape with dispenser, and a heavy duty lock. I felt completely taking care of and the staff was very friendly during the whole interaction, even offered me a cold bottle of water! Omar is awesome and this is my second time to rent a space with him. I'll definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family in the future. Thanks for making my move to storage an easy and pleasant experience.
