Well I got the unit on Saturday gate...

Well I got the unit on Saturday gate has been broken is Tuesday it's still broken. Sunday when we emptied out the truck we were late getting out 916 the manager approached us at 9 and told us to hurry because the alarms would sound and cops would come and we would be charged. Today when I was gathering things due to the rushed visit on Sunday I had a hard time opening my door and it was hard getting everything I needed quickly again was rushed and approached 2 times asking if I stored anything here whoole I was attending to business phone calls in my car. Gates still broken it was 9 am I was there to gather hints why was I approached twice?

Best storage place around. The service is real friendly and explain everything to that will comfort the customers needs not theirs!! They make sure their customer is satisfied.. I am so glad i came across Public Storage. They have nice and reasonable prices online..with quick customer service!! Thank you. PUBLIC STORAGE!! I will refer you to many to use your storage..

April ROCKS! I went there expecting to pay more for less space than I ended up getting. Thank god because I would not have been able to put it all in a smaller unit. April was friendly and helpful even though she was busy helping many people that day. She even remembered my name a month later when I came in with more questions. A rating from me.

First class service that met my needs provided by a qualified professional person who was very nice!

What more can i say. It had been a long time since I have required the services of a storage facility. I was prepared to deal with moderate hassles and was pleasantly surprised to find there to be no hassles at all. First class! Will use you again when your services are required.
