Great experience moving in the app makes it really easy to access the gate and the elevators which also brings me comfort that my items in storage are safe and secure. Check in was seamless and everything went well

Poor customer service
The place was clean and price was ok given that there were tubes running inside the storage area robbing it about 2 sq ft. However what bothered me the most was the poor customer service. The girl that help me was rude and short with me. Not very welcoming. Another girl from the same company called me from a different store and boy she was different; I regret not renting with her.

Margorie is the best
Margorie is the best! I had very specific requirements for a storage unit, and Margorie kept me updated on vacancies so that I could get the exact one that I needed. She was incredibly patient and understanding - I was storing my recently passed mother's china, so I was a handful... Margorie went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!!

Great first-time experience
All email communication was very clear and upon check-in, the staff was helpful and friendly. It was my first experiencing using a storage unit and I was happy to be upgraded to a larger unit. There were plenty of carts available for my move-in and the facility was well maintained.

Great storage option
This new facility was clean and organized. Fast elevators and there were always pallets available. Customer service was wonderful, Majorie very sweet and helpful. Only downside was that you have to input your entire access code into the elevator to be allowed access to your floor, which can be difficult if you are trying to support the things you’re moving. But it makes sure the facility is secure, so I understand.

The guy working was wonderful so that is why a five but I felt terrible for him because he was alone and overwhelmed with appointments. I hope someone reads this soon because the storage place across the street is closing in 10 days and they have 480 units moving out. Maybe another team member from another location and support
