Unit price was very good

Unit price was very good. Only negative I had was that I was given a lock and I thought it was included and I was then charged $20. I do not like being charged for things without being told that I am. Other than that very happy with our first storage container.

I had an outstanding experience with this company. Ray and all the other representatives were so pleasant and courteous. I was always given a courteous call reminding me of my payment of which I was very appreciative. I was always greeted with a smile. I mainly dealt with Ray from the beginning to the end. Public Storage

The public storage on Crescent Drive is one of the best storage facilities in the Augusta area the manager Ray ensures the safety everybody's belongings on a daily basis he takes his job seriously to the fullest extreme he also keeps the facility is nice and clean bueg free and rodent free I would recommend the storage facility to anyone that is looking.
