Website doesn’t indicate that the facility is a kiosk only. Also poor maintenance of snow and ice removal!

So happy I chose this location! Dealing with moving, I've been extremely stressed and overwhelmed and it's been really expensive but coming to this location and seeing the smiling faces of John and Kara I felt like I finally had some positivity in my life, FINALLY!! John is so patient and helpful I cannot thank him enough for his knowledge and kindness. Kara said she is still in training, with John there she will be fine. Clean well kept facility. John is very helpful and professional. I had a problem with my unit door and he was very prompt at submitting work order. It was fixed within one work week. Wow!, I'm very impressed. He just finished helping me with another rental here. Good job John!

Easy Peasy

I looked at what they had online as far as open storage units.I reserved one for the following week. Within an hour I got a call from the onsite manager ,John. He was extremely professional and courteous.I did not have the money yet to plunk down on a space, nor did I need it until the following week, but that wasn't a problem. I got a 50% off deal, and was pleased with the 10 by 10 space.One criticism I have is that it is only accessible from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. I am a night owl, and sometimes don't get my big burst of energy until seven or eight and I feel rushed. I would much prefer having 24/7 access to my stuff. Oh, one big complaint...and I even told my daughter this today, was the code access box. It's very hard to hear the beep, hard to push sometimes, and very poorly lit. There is a little orange glowing light in the corner of the box. Sometimes I am pushing the wrong numbers, but that's because I absolutely can't see them.
