Tricky....Tricky
Tricks...Tricks....deception. First of all they wanted for me to pay 2 months in advance to get my free month. And then they did not want to prorate my first "paid" month even though I began my month on the 6th of March. After discussion, they decided to give me the first month "free". However, I only get 3 weeks due to my check in date. Most disturbing of all, is my sign up rate is only good for 6 months, there after I get to pay "regular" rate.
I feel that I had to pull all of this information out of them when it should have been presented up front

Good. But not satisfied with price.
Very clean, very organized. . The manager was very thorough, and helpful. He seemed in deep thought, maybe agitated with something or everything, to be honest. But he wasn't rude, his customer service was great. I didn't like the fact that i reserved a unit online 2 days prior and i didnt get to follow up the day before, so i reachuled my reservation (with the price discount still locked in) and i made it the day of my reservation but he told me that it wasn't that price anymore, even though I had the emailed pulled up amd showed him that it said I was supposed to get the unit that price. (Whats point in reservations and email.? Go figure right.?) . . .
I was pushed for time, and totally not his fault but the fact i was trying to save money, and just had to spend more . . . That part pokes at me, because he didnt even try to see why it was like that or if he could fix it. . .
But other thqn that, A1 and very clean and seemed secure.. . I'd definitely store there again.

My Storage Experience

Jack was the employee helping me rent and he was the most helpful person! He opened the doors for me on a day they were supposed to be closed and helped me rent one of the last units they had. He was professional and very nice. The experience was fast, painless and convenient. I would store here again anytime!
