Helpful staff; nice facility

I reserved a small unit online for a very reasonable price. When I got to the building and realized how long a trek it was to my reserved space, the manager told me I could exchange that unit for one closer to the entry door for a slightly higher monthly rent. It was well worth the extra $15/month! I’m in my mid-70s and this will be so much easier for me.

Very professional, helpful, spotless unit and superb customer service

Sparefoot found me the best deal on storage units in Asheville! I was able to get into this Go Store It location on a great, limited time special and wound up paying as much for three months as I would have for one in almost any other place in town. The young lady who got me checked in was friendly with a permanent smile on her face, knowledgeable and more than willing to go above and beyond if I'd required it. I am so happy with everything that's come from this experience!
