Easy process
I went online and easily located the size and was told the price of the unit. I went by that day and check in is contactless. They offer insurance onsite or you can use your own. I was even able to get a lock onsite since I didn't have one. So far it's been nice to have 24/7 access. I'm not sure what the average rates are. I do feel like I'm paying a little bit more for the space I got but it's nice and easy access.

Meets my needs
I made reservation on phone using information on line. When I checked into the self serve kiosk, I was told my spot was no longer available. I called the customer service line and it was worked out and I got a space at the reservation price. Otherwise I would rate 5 star.

Exactly as advertised
The location was easy to find. Easy access from the Interstate. The entry gate feels narrow, but I did not have any issues entering. I did not have to speak to anyone in person, as all business was handled online.

SpareBox Storage - Hiwasse AR
We rented unit E41 June 4 and moved some items in. Then rented O48 online on June 24, however, because my husband's work schedule has been changed, we have not been able to move the remaining items as yet. Hopefully we will be able to get everything up there by the end of July.
Although trying to find the right phone number to call to speak with someone has been a little difficult, once I had someone on the line, they were always very helpful and I appreciate that.

Storage for our camper trailer
We needed a place to store our custom built camper trailer during the winter and looking for covered storage units locally at a good price. I like the fact that we got an introductory discount and I REALLY like the fact that account creation and access was automated and I did not have to deal with a single human trying to upsell me!

Very clean and well maintained facility.
I was very pleased to find a covered parking spot for my motorhome close to my home at a reasonable price. The facility is easy to use with smooth operating gates and easy to follow instructions. All the representatives I talked with on the phone guided me through the reservation and rental process easily and smoothly. I highly recommend this facility to others!

Easy reservation!
I must say that I was a little uneasy reserving a parking storage online. After making the reservation, I moved in a week later. The facility is well kept. Lots of parking spaces and very accessible from the highway. Overall, I had a great experience with the reservation and storage unit. The only thing I would say is the hold time for a customer service rep is very long and the confusion I had with the Self Storage Site. I had to go to the Sparebox Storage site, which is the way it should be.

Overall Good
Reservation was simple and straightforward. Unfortunately, first unit assigned already had a lock on unit and apparently in use. I had a long wait time to get through to customer service while I had out of town movers waiting. Once I was able to talk with customer service, a new unit was assigned. Still waiting to see if the 5% auto pay will show up for 3 months ... email receipt did not show it applied. Customer service was very good overall.
