Quick and simple move in process!
I love how easy it was to setup with the kiosk, self explanatory and quick! They even had a lock dispenser in case you forgot to bring oneâ¦which of course we forgot.

Great overall, no customer service to rate
There was not much customer service due to it being a self storage. The system to get a lock also did not work and there was no one there to assist so that was a bummer, but overall I would highly recommend if you do not need assistance!

Very convenient storage facility
I tried to use the kiosk to finish my reservation but it kept messing up so had to call and ended up talking to someone I could barely understand, very frustrating. But, storage unit was clean and new looking.

Clean and convenient. No dramas.100% satisfied
You can your storage space at any time. You just need your gate code. I have a climate-controlled storage space and it was perfectly clean, which you will not find at every storage facility.
They sell locks for $15 from a vending machine in the front room. I went to Walmart to see if I could get a better deal, but those same locks at Walmart also cost $15, so it's a good deal.
