I Appreciate all the attention given to me by staff
I just would like to say I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and it's staff. I was greeted outside within about 5 min of arriving by Carl, and was continually acknowledged while I Waited. For him to finish with the person ahead of me. Once waited on Carl's plightness and cheerful additude continue. As his attentiveness to details and my needs proofed to be very refreshing. And aided in helping me to put my not so good pass few days behind me. Also, a thank you goes out to Cece, as well for being patient and trying to help find away for me to be able to pay and start my account online. And the inside units are very nice and the restroom along with water fountain. Is a very nice touch and is appreciated.

Highly recommend!
The facility has a brand new building with promotion even though it’s a high demand season. The staff, Elizabeth was very kind and thorough about explaining everything and she was very helpful. Access is easy and secure with the mobile app. I would highly recommend this place.

The manager Ciarra is awesome
The manager Ciarra was awesome. I had came in on a Friday to reserve my unit and realized Saturday I needed a bigger unit and she was willing to have it ready and didn't seem to mind changing my units even at last minute. She was great to work with! Facility is nice clean and secured !

The staff here is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. I had to move and was running extremely behind due to a rental truck issue and even though Shay could of easily just closed up shop and told me to come back the next day she patiently waited for me and had no indication of being short or upset that she was working past the time she was supposed to be home with her family on a Sunday. Ciarra the property manager is also just as great and is a pleasure to have dealt with. I thank them both for their outstanding work!

I recently needed a safe and secure place to store my personal items. I walked into? my Apopka Public Storage and was greeted by the most pleasant smile of Latisha I immediately felt relaxed. And as I begin telling her my needs I could tell that she was genuinely trying to accommodate me. She gave me a tour of the available storage spaces and told me the prices she was very knowledgeable of her facility. The property was clean and cool. I'm very pleased with my space it's very affordable and I have peace of mind that my things are safe. Thank you Latisha for making my choice pleasant and easy to decide. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends. Latisha is truly an asset to your company. Keep up the great job!!!!!!

Gets the job done
There's nothing special about the storage facility that I renting. I am a little disappointed that all my items are visible (chain-linked cage); however, seeing as I do not have anything too expensive, I was OK with it. The only "problem" I've had so far is the passcode for the door being changed and not being notified.

No problems at all with my recent storage at Public Storage. They were very nice and very helpful. It was very easy to get my stuff stored and to pick it up when my house was ready. Would definitely recommend to friends.
