Canât access when you want
You canât access your unit 24/7 and if youâre there after 6pm youâll be locked behind gates from what the guy who helped me said.

Overall the unit itself is adequate for my use.
The kiosk method to start an account/get the unit was tedious. But got the job done. Someone had urinated in the hallway - yuk.

Ok for location
Although the staff are friendly and helpful when you can catch them, the facility needs more workers to cover for people when they are out of the front office. Itâs hard to reach a person at this facility by phone and to get a call back from them. Phone calls are routed to a call center.
Also, this is a commuter city and the gate hours donât really accommodate the customerâs schedule.
