Terrible

I suggest you do not rent from this place. One of the worst. Your locker will get "broken" into or they will accidentally cut your lock, remove brake and destroy your belongings And then give you zero help or responses. I have been told that this has also happened to 3 other renters. Unprofessional!

Very easy process

I called their customer service number and get everything set up over the phone. They sent me docs to sign by email and the location manager called me to answer any questions I had. It was a very easy process and everyone was extremely helpful. I was able to get my things stored quickly.
