Great 1st month discount. Great contract termination clause. Great value.

Hours of operation should be extended a bit later. Paperwork was quick. Great 1st month discount. Can terminate your agreement with only 10 days notice and they'll prorate your monthly rental fees if terminating in the middle of a month. Overall, very flexible and inexpensive.

Pleasantly surprised

I’ve rented storage units in anchorage before, so my expectations were low...but this place was surprisingly great! The office was really nice and the guy working was super nice. They have a lot of security which is always great to see. They give you a free lock with your unit which was fantastic, as a lot of others charge various fees for a standard lock. There’s dumpster access throughout the lot, and the lot felt secure and safe. I watched the employee check in/help like 6 different people in the 10 minutes I was there and each person received the same great level of service. And even more props to him because some of the people were less than pleasant regardless of how attentive and thorough he was being.
