Best storage facility around!

Great customer service- Wrong State
I was called quickly by a very nice and helpful lady after I reserved on line. We were able to complete my rental over the phone and through e-mail. It was all very easy. I realized later when I pulled the paperwork back up to look at the address, they were located in GA. I needed storage in another state! I quickly realized my error and called to explain. My rental was reversed and the manager made sure I was able to obtain storage in the city and state that I actually needed. Not many people will go out of there way to help you when it does not benefit them. Just on the excellent customer service I would reccommend them!

We just put our hose on the market and needed to clear out some items for veiwings. Amy was great, she helped me figure out what size unit I needed. I was lucky that they had the size I needed, I had no idea storage was hard to find these days!

I actually rented here on the reccommendation of my nephew who has used this facility before. I am moving to the area and needed storage for when I arrive. Thankfully I was able to rent over the phone and completed "paperwork" via email. Amy the manager was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I ended up not renting here, but I would highly reccomend! The customer service was fantastic! The manager went above and beyond even when she realized that the unit would not fit my needs. She gave me suggestions and even looked up a few places and gave me contact info. Since I am out of state this was so helpful and greatly appreciated!

Great Customer Service!
This is the 1st time I have used storage and I was a bit nervous to say the least, I mean my whole life is now packed up and had to go into storage! Amy the property manager was great, I must have asked a million questions and called a dozen times, she answered all my questions and was so reasurring. I feel like my things are safe and secure and I am so glad that I went with Midway Self Stoage. I highly reccommend!

Efficient and good service. Enjoyed the experience
I needed to store my car while I moved from AZ or Ga. the unit was just perfect for my wife’s car. I feel secure that it is out of the weather and possible burglary. He woman who checked me I was efficient and personable. She even remembered me when I came back a couple days later when I stored the car.
