Quick not fully informed
Didnât receive the price I was quoted online.. was told it would be 79.00 a month online just to be charge 95.00 a month when itâs all said and done.. not to mention not getting the first month for free, and having to pay almost full price to move on mid month just to have to pay another full month on the first which was never explained until I already signed. Felt rushed durning the process as the employee seemed to have someone waiting for her..

Great service, clean facility and unit
Moved in on a rainy cold Saturday, found out the unit reserved was too small. Went back to the office to arrange a larger unit and was greeted with exemplary help and service. I am thankful his for his help and the district manager who was on call.

Nice location; Great Office Staff; Price was right during promotion.
Took advantage of the climate controlled unit; didn't want clothes to get mold smell.
Ample room to park and to turn around a larger vehicle!

Facility is large with variety of units. I like that the 5x10 unit I rented has large 8 ft door so you don't have to pull everyhing out to get to stuff in the back
Gate was stuck open the other nite, so anybody could get in and out.

Extremely helpful personnel
We reserved a unit over the phone, then found that my Mother had more to store than she told us. The woman on duty helped us decide which size we needed by showing us different size units. She was very patient with my elderly mother, and everything was very well explained. The facility is very secure and the unit was extremely clean.

Web site / store price did not jive
Reserved a 5 x 10 for $60 monthly online. When we get their we're told fee goes up to $90 in March, that is a steep jump! Girl their claimed it was a special but nothing about it was on the web site and she had nothing in black and white about. I was not happy about it but I needed the storage space. Recommend you call before going here to get correct fees. Good location and security is good, clean.

This is the first time I am using a rental facility. I needed to empty the remains of my home quickly as the home is sold. I have moved to another state. This was very easy. The only hard part was the "lip" at the end of the ramp and the somewhat high door steps which made using a hand truck a bit difficult.
