Everything was as expected.
The two women who were in the office were very accommodating. The unit we rented was better than expected, as the door was in the center, which gives better access to what is stored. The pricing is a bit higher than for similar units in San Diego, but not out of line.

Just recently moved and needed extra storage - this place is the best!
The couple who greeted me were so friendly and helpful and made the paperwork and moving in quick and easy. I would recommend this facility! It is so wonderful to enjoy the people you are doing business with and both couples I met at Stor it were amazing!!!

Good place to store things securely and safely.

Great service and very nice.
Wonderful Service. I went on line and found this facility and they had a promotion on. I reserved a 5X5 and went in the same day to look at it. I then put it on hold for a week and half. I went in the date that I wanted to start storage and they still honored the promotional price even though the rates had gone up. Excellent service. I have only had it for a month.

Wonderful people, great service, good prices
Jim and Ritchie were wonderful and very helpful. Had to find storage immediately and they gave us a number of options. Pricing is comparable to other facilities but we were also given a 2 month discount too. Would definitely recommend.

Less expensive, but drawbacks
Be aware, for the low interior unit prices - they may not be climate controlled, you have to use a freight elevator with many steps to do so, have to check out a dolly and doorstop each time you bring in a load. Nice people, good price, but a pain to move in and could get hot in the summer without a climate controlled unit.
