I was very frustrated that only one person was working when I went to sign paperwork. I had to wait at the storage units by Arby's for over a half hour just for the worker to unlock the unit, and in addition to that, she at first forgot to activate my code so that I could even get in. I also think that you need to tell customers that you do not provide the lock because that causes some inconvenience.
