Great location, clean, safe and a wonderful staff!

Moving to Washington State from Texas was difficult, but realizing that I’d have to put a great deal of my belongings in storage was disconcerting. It was a great relief to find Woodinville Heated Storage not only so close to where I’m living, but such a well managed and reasonably priced facility. The staff are amazing...knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. This location is always spotlessly clean, well lit and I always feel safe there, no matter what time of day I’m in my unit. BTW, coming from Texas where everything is air conditioned I’d never heard of a “heated” storage facility. After living hear a few years now, I can certainly appreciate it!

Love this place!

It is so easy to pay rent online and to come and go as I please. I love that it is a quiet and clean facility. I have been very satisfied with this storage unit. Much better than any other facility I have tried for the price. I have paid more in the past and not had as nice of a storage unit. And the management is so pleasant and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better place.

Woodinville Heated Storage is a nice storage facility, reasonably priced, clean and seems very secure. The woman at the front desk was friendly, answered all my questions and patient. I imagine I'll used them again whenever I need to place things in storage.

Everything is better at this storage facility. They have the best customer service and the facility is perfect -- great security, reasonable prices, very clean, easy access. I'm trying to thing of something that could be improved, but I can't think of anything.
