Frioendly Helpful Staff
I reserved the unit online which sped up the paperwork process. staff was very helpful and friendly. Will recommend to anyone looking for a storage space.

Not clear on pricing- lots of charges that were not mentioned when we visited the facility. No mention of an additional fee for lock (can't bring your own) or the additional fee for insurance ($9/mo). It is, however, a clean, secure facility. Hopefully it's worth it! In regards to your review, we do require all customers to have a lock on their unit, however, we do not require that they buy the lock from us. As for the protection plan, it’s standard protocol for all of our tenants to be equipped with the protection plan. It’s our primary emphasis to keep all your belongings safe while in our facility and the protection plan is put in place to ensure it remains that way. The 2 lady's who helped me were very nice and accommodating.

Good but beware of closing elevator
Everything was great about the move-in to the storage unit except the elevator. The elevator door would rapidly close on you when loading the elevator. One person had to load the elevator while one person had to hold the door. This was very inefficient and frustrating. Just be prepared for this when using the elevator

This storage facility is immaculate and secure. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! I'm very happy and would recommend for sure.

We found this facility through a 3rd party, which may be why the price was better. When we arrived to move stuff in and considered a large unit, the jump in price was 35% higher than when we'd booked about 6 weeks earlier! In that case, it would not have been a great deal.

Fabulous Storage Facility
I found the perfect-sized unit here, that is clean and very secure. The women who run the facility are super friendly and helpful. All of this for less than $75/mo. I'm completely satisfied and feel lucky to have found this place.
