These guys are the BEST I highly recommend them!!

When I met Steve the Manager I new I was at the right place. I had to move my son out of his dorm do to the corona virus pandemic and they set me up so fast with a unit to store his car and his belongings. The facility is spotless and I highly recommend this place. The day we dropped off my sons car, I told the owner we were running late getting to the airport and he offered to take us.

Very clean facility, but AAA membership discount difficult to honor.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how quick and efficient it was to fill out paperwork and get my unit. I was not given a payment receipt upon leaving the facility as it was sent over email. With my AAA membership I was supposed to receive the first month free at this facility, but was charged for the month's rent. After numerous phone calls and leaving messages, I had to walk into the facility manager's office and state my complaint. I was told I would receive an email stating the second month would be free and I was okay with that. I have not received a written statement that this special will be honored after agreed upon and have called and emailed multiple times. Getting in contact with this facility is very difficult. When my calls are answered, I have been told that my messages have been received and they just didn't get back to me.

Steve is the manager there and he treats me like family.

The representatives that book the units are very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff and manager at the facility are warm and friendly too. Units ans well as the whole site are clean.
