All of our units are individually alarmed and are on the ground level for easy drive-up access, including wide driveways for easy truck maneuvering. Our facility features Electronic gate access and digital camera surveillance, along with well-lit exteriors for high visibility. Our helpful and professional management team will assist you from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Saturday, and from 9:00AM to 5:30pm on Sundays. Our gate hours are 7am to 7pm daily with 24-hour Commercial Access. We are conveniently located at: 445 E. Easy Street, in the city of Simi Valley, with easy access from the 118 freeway. West Simi Lock-Up is a proud member of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce.
