This could not have been any easier if I owned the store myself

My reservation on line took 2 minutes and within 5 minutes, Suresh called me to confirm the arrangements. When I went to the site to do the paperwork, Suresh FIRST walked me through all of the available units and let me pick the one that work best for me. He offered me a larger unit if I wanted it, but it turned out to not be necessary. The place was clean, neat and I felt very safe both in the building and in the parking lot as well. It was a great experience.

So Far Very Pleased

I just moved stuff into my unit and have to say that every single interaction I have had with Suresh and Dominique has been outstanding. It is so rare to find good customer service, to the point where I was truly stunned by Suresh's and Dominique's demeanor, professionalism and friendliness. They know their business and it makes the experience of moving so much easier. I was very happy to get a deal on the first two months, but with my experiences so far I would use this service again, even without the deal. Very impressed so far.
