I want to amend the above review but don't know how so I'm writing another. I was contacted by the DM and he patiently and empathetically listened to all my concerns. Together we are working to resolve the issues at hand. I am very impressed and pleased with how well things are being handled.

Bad if you store a tractor/trailer
Back lot rarely plowed in the winter. Entrance/exit ramp is sloped. My husband parks his rig there on weekends and wasn't able to get out too many times to count in the winter. He had to buy his own rock salt to salt the top of the hill to be able to leave. This Storage Zone also rents U-Hauls. Numerous times the trucks were parked at the entrance gait and my husband couldn't get past. The emergency number given for after hours is rarely answered. Manager not helpful. When you CAN get ahold of her the reply is "what do you want me to do about it?". When asked to be put through to the owner for these complaints, I was told "he doesn't want to be bothered by any problems". My husband is trying to find somewhere else to park his rig. Unfortunately, there aren't many options in our area. It's because of the poor customer service, inability to reach management after hours and lack of care of grounds ( or concern for customer not being able to get in/out) in the winter that caused a 1 star rating. The website states Storage zone is locally owned and they strive to make the cutomer's storage experience " pleasant & hassel free". We've rented here for 2 years now and the issues and hassels are worsening every year.
