Amazing experience. The whole process was seamless. Only thing was that the moving truck could not easily navigate the sharp turns and tight corners. It also only fits a 9 foot high truck, which ours was over, so we had to park on a ramp and walk the stuff down the corridor to the unit.

A clean, secure, efficient, inexpensive, and friendly place to store extra personal items.
I find Sherman Oaks Van Nuys Mini Storage to be a clean and inexpensive place to store extra personal items. There was more paperwork than I expected, but it worked toward assuring that my important items will be properly secured. I would have preferred riveted instead of bolted doors on my storage locker, but there is sufficient video surveillance there and the price was remarkably cheap. Also, there was no noseyness from the employees about the content my personal items being stored there.

from start to finish, these guys made my move soooo much easier... After making enquiries through swuarefoot, these are the only people that politely called me to run me throughy options and confirm. Once there they went above and beyond to make expedite the process and ensure that I left knowledgeable and happy. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm genuinely so impressed with their service and the simplicity of our business.
