My first time renting a storage unit. The staff was very helpful, which made everything go smoothly.

Great to work with
Staff was more than accomodating and was very helpfull at pre-inspection, sigining up and even at the time of loading the unit. I heard them helping other customers and the experience we had seeemed consitant with how they do business.

" It felt like home"
The staff was well oriented. I loved the communications and work. A place of work should be a place of committed work enjoymnt and laughs. Not always should it b "serious".

Best storage I've used
I have moved around a lot in the last 10 years, and after a lot of those moves, I've needed storage. Simply Self Storage in Vadnais Heights is the best I've used by far. They have super friendly and dedicated staff, close to my new home, and a secure facility. Other storage places always try to 'sell' me something. Sara at the Vadnais heights location helped me find the space I needed, she didn't 'sell' to me, she helped me buy. If other Simply Self Storage locations are anything like this one, I'm only going to use them from now on.

I recently moved my stuff into a Simply Storage Vadnais Hts/White Bear Lk unit. Greg was super in helping me get settled and even gave me the nearby locksmith phone number when I lost my key. :{
