Was in a terrible mood heading up to the place because of traffic- got there and was blown away by customer service and ease in getting my things moved in- completely turned my day around
Staff was VERY helpful and answered my seemingly "never-ending questions." I've never used a storage facility before and they took the time to put my mind at ease.
Pleasant, efficient and inexpensive. Much better than a previous experience elsewhere.

paper work very quick and simply; staff took time to show other available unit size and patient with me as I was not sure of actual size I needed and needed up switching back after I had changed from my initial unit size; answer all my questions; very curtious over the phone
