This is the first time I have rented a storage unit and I am very impressed with the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the caretaker. I have been to other facilities in the past as a friend of the people who had a storage unit. They paidore, Nd the facilities were littered with refuge and they were not appealing. This facility is extremely clean.

This facility is extremely clean.
I was happy with the customer service, and how clean it was plus the location. When I was accidentally misquoted the price, as soon as they realized the mistake, they changed it and gave me the lower price to honor the quote. I was very happy to see that done. I wasn't made to feel like I was bothering their busy day or in the way like I felt at other storage facilities I looked at.

Great facility
Jet was very helpful and patient with me when I had questions. I have never had to put things in storage before so this was a new experience for me. Thanks Jet for making it as painless as possible. :) Will recommend this facility to anyone that asks.
Great customer service experience and great security
We have only had our RV stored there for a few months so far but the experience has been excellent. The preliminary set up to secure the storage area was quick and the customer service was great. We are very pleased with the service and security and expect to be customers for as long as we store our RV in the Tucson area.

I've been here for almost a year. I've gone from one storage unit to two and am now in a smaller unit. Jet is an awesome person to work with, makes you feel at home and valued! She helps me figure out the best value for my money.

This is the second year we have used this facility for our fifth wheel storage and have been very happy with them.
Don't screw it up.
The aisles are relatively close together which doesn't make for easy parking depending on the location.
