Fantastic Customer Service
I found Alotta Storage online. I was a little skeptical to call after I read the reviews. They said the staff was unfriendly and not pleasant to work with. They were offering fantastic specials, so I decided to go ahead and call. Boy were the reviews wrong!!! Tabitha answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. She sold me on the spot. A few days later I decided I needed another shed, so I called and got Tabitha again. She remembered me and told me about another special that was ending that very same day. I decided to go down to pay for my units. There was a note on the door saying they would be right back. Tabitha showed up five minutes later, returning from lunch. She knew who I was, punched in early from lunch and helped me right then and there. I think the customer service was incredible and I will recommend Alotta storage to everyone I know. Thank you.

Great Experience
Relocating to Tucson left me with alot to do and I was very happy with the support and thoroughness of the staff. They left me with one less thing I had to take care of. Very happy with the service and will go back again.

Friendly Staff
The staff at A-lotta Storage were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get all my packing supplies there at the location as well as rent a U-haul. Very happy with the service.

bad facility
the people in the office are not very nice. You cannot be a minute late paying or they will lock you out of the gate. They will blame anyone for damage caused on property even if it was not you. Will never use them again.
