our service was excellent!!! the employees were very informative and confident when going over the details of our contract. they answered my questions quickly and with 100% accuracy. they made me feel confident that we made the right choice in storing our daughter's FSU belongings till the beginning of school. also, dont be nervous about exiting, it is very easy and safe!!!!

I reserved the unit I needed online and far in advance. I am glad I did. I was told that I made a good choice in a timely manner because the unit I wanted rents quickly. The employees were very friendly and efficient. I was checked in, moved in and gone within 30 minutes. I even got discounts for online reservations. Thanks Sparefoot!

By finding this storage place online, I saved about $20.00 per month! It is very easy to get signed up and it is month-by-month; no yearlong lease is required. The staff at SmartStop were very helpful and kind, and move-in was easy.

Office staff was very courteous and assistance was provided in a timely manner. Price was what was quoted. I was a bit disappointed with the space, but it was adequate for my needs.

Excellent Customer Service
Very helpful and eager to please. My only negatives are there is not a dumpster on the premises. The second is that the bill shows the traditional amount and then they give the Sparefoot price as a refund.

Extremely large, well organized, "industrial strength" facility. Designed, it appears, so the sun never directly heats the metal doors on any of the units. Also, all units appear to be over 11 feet high on the interior (my 5x5 is, and all the buildings look homogeneous). Finally, their management and service team is *first rate professional.*

Storage Advantage Tallahassee is a great storage company. The employees were very sweet and thoroughly explained all information and rules. The storage space I used (5x5) was actually larger than I thought and very affordable. I would definately use it again and refer to others....
