Peace of mind, great facility and staff
My husband and I used this faciility while he was deployed and I moved out of state for that time. I had complete peace of mind using Midland Storage because of the clenliness, security and temp-controlled units. When we came back a year later everything was in perfect condition and the staff was very helpful throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Was very dirty, I'm talking a 1/4 inch of dirt (no joke) and we had to clean it ourselves before we put stuff in...was told it was clean and ready to go. Finally got our stuff in and a couple months later...raised it by 20 bucks. So now its over 100.00 per month. Not happy! Also gave out personal information to this site, without knowledge or permission!

I have to say I was very impressed with midland storage. They had what I was looking and the price was in my range. The unit was clean and easy to get to. I was able to work with a gentleman named Marcus who answered every question I had and explained every thing with me. He took his time to listen to what exactly I needed. And did not try to sell me on something that I did not need. He helped me with the boxes and sizes that I would need to make my move easy. Not only do they offer great prices and a secure place they also offer uhaul trucks for amazing prices. I have to over all I'm completely happy with midland storage and will continue to rent from them as well as recommend people to them.

Secure and Temperature Control, Friendly Staff
Easy access from freeway - clean facility - frendly staff - safe and secure. Prices are a little high, could find less expensive units, but due to the temperature control units and security willing to justify the higher rent. Easy access for U-hauls and Moving Vans.

Friendly and AWESOME!!!
Marcus Washington and Michael Smith are so AWESOME. They are friendly, professional and helpful and great integrity. They have your best interest at heart and now days that is hard to find. The place is always clean and I have always felt very safe there. The best place out there.

Freindly and stress free!
At the time when looking for a storage company I had limited time to finde a place. I found Midland storage on line and the review rating is what impressed me the most. Since it was my intire home I was moving I needed to feel secure,Marcus was very helful in the right size of unit I really needed with out trying to sell me in on something. as a woman I felt totally safe on the in and out access to my unit in the early morning hours and evening. Great storage place
Michael, the owner, is great! Especially for military. He worked with me very easily while overseas to correct information on my account. The place is clean and kept very well. I am nothing but impressed with my experience with Midland!!

Clean, positivemanager, no worries. I like my storage unit . I feel safe when I am there and it is always easily accessible for my truck.

rate increase wasn't disclosed
They didn't disclose that the rates would increase about 40 dollars every 6 months. I am very unhappy about that! That makes their rates way higher than the competitors. They didn't tell us at the beginning about that so you think they are a good price. Really they aren't!

This place is great!!
We had a storage unit for a year and loved it. We had no problems and felt satisfied that our stuff was in good hands.

The customer service has always been good. Don't like the rate increase by almost forty dollars. Easy access and clean facility is a plus.

I have been using midland storage for a couple years now and I am very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy there. I had only had a storage there for a month and when I went in to pay the second months rent they knew my name when I walked in the door. That was probably the one thing that I was most impressed with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a storage.

Awesome Experience!
We had to store our entire house for several months while we lived with friends, awaiting the completion of our remodel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and secure, and the price was the best I found (and I called EVERYWHERE.)

I feel that my items are very safe and secure there.
One of the things that attracted me to Midland is its easy accessibility. Not only for me, but for the truck-trailer combos that make deliveries to me there. Is is well set up for my business. I can run a pallet jack in and out of the unit with ease.

Untrained staff, sells your information
Staff took more than 30 minutes to setup my account because he, the only employee at the location, didn't know how to use the system yet. Failed to tell me their units used a specialized lock. Went in to check my balance one month and was told they'd call me later because they can't do more than one thing on the computer at a time; he had it on hold while someone sat and filled out paper work for the next 20 minutes. The company also sold my email to this review site without my permission.

Great facility, very secure and clean. I wanted something close to home, and came across Midland Storage. The unit itself is great, with several options available as needed. I was also very pleased with the staff during sign-up, they made it easy without making it seem rushed. I'm very comfortable suggesting this storage option to my friends.

We like the place, it is close to home and the office is open 7 days a week. Also trucks and trailers for rent if needed. One thing we realy like is, the unit is heated in the cool weather

Friendly service & honest
This is my second time renting at Midland, and I came back because I was treated well and they looked out for me. The person next to me was storing food last time, I let them know, and they made them take it out. They were upfront about the pricing, and when my discount would end. I chose to use my own insurance, and they had my company fax it to the office, no hassles. If you are going down range, this is the spot. I could spend less somewhere else, but I don't want to worry while I am gone.

Hidden costs!!!
Additional charges including having to buy one of their special locks ($14) and required to have insurance (their company was an additional $9 per month). After 6 months, they will jack up the price another $30. Also, they are very nosy and will check out the contents of your unit as they walk by.
