The office and the main building of the facility was once a bowling alley and since then has been converted into the only climate controlled storage in the Menifee, Sun City and Romoland areas. The facility also offers drive-up, lighted, all ground level storage units with easy roll-up doors, as well as paved RV and Boat parking spaces with an additional access gate. The main office displays a full line of boxes and moving supplies and the trained, on-site resident managers keep the facility clean and safe.
