Awesome Service!!!!
Easy process, Great service, Outstanding support. I would recommend this place to all.
Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE
Only use this place if you don't mind having your things covered in mold. The manager's reaction when made aware of the problem? "I don't need this today." We have used another storage unit in the past and NEVER had this problem. The other place was even an outdoor unit! Our things were stored correctly, so there is no excuse for this "climage controlled" unit to end up like this.
I enjoyed renting from U Store It
The service was very nice. I enjoyed renting from U Store It and would recommend this company to relatives and friends. Thanks for such a great service.
Matt was really the best part about our time there at U Store It.
I just wanted to write a note to express our satisfaction with U Store It Strongsville Manager Matt. While we had a unit for over a year, Matt was always helpful, courteous and very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. We did not like the price increase, or the fees for trying to pay our bill on line, Only way to pay bill without a fee was in person. Matt was really the best part about our time there at U Store It.
