The staff at the facility were excellent ... and I mean excellent! Jovita, Jeff and Brenda were courteous, helpful in every way and had a genuine concern for all of my need pertaining to the storage. The facility was very clean and the storage unit was great. I would enthusiastically recommend Mini Storage in Stanton to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work there Jovita, Jeff and Brenda!

Easy Access, Very Helpful
Shoot for the deals! Looking now at the deals online I wish I would have waited! Nonetheless, I received a good deal myself. It looks like most of the storages are drive up access, which is fantastic and what I was looking for! Great prices and better customer service. When i first arrived and asked for a 5x5, Brenda showed it to me, and also showed me a 5x10 (which I ended up getting). I was overall happy with my experience. One thing, if I had to critic something is maybe the gate hours. They usually shut the gates off at 6, and I usually work until 5 or later. Other than the hours of operation everything is fantastic!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Moved in easily. You just drive up to the door of your storage unit. The woman who did the paperwork was really nice & helpful. Don't forget to bring your own lock...the lock I purchased there was a little pricey.

Easy Access, appreciative
We rented 4 units during our move, and have appreciated the help and easy usage for us as we now live very close. We still have one unit and plan to keep it for a while. The only problem we had was when we moved in, the regular gal took a vacation day and her replacement "forgot" to come in that day until the service got ahold of her at 2:30 PM (Not sure, but I don't think she's still there). We had to be out of our house by noon and had walk thru at that time. Needless to say the last few loads to the storage unit did not get there and we were calling friends to load their trucks since we couldn't load and unload at the unit. Otherwise, the rest of the time has been good.

Long-time customer looking to move
I am a long-time customer (20 years) of this location and I am looking into moving. The problems I’ve had there began within the last 2 years. A new manager took over and customer service went sour. In person payments are easy enough but I had been paying by phone most of my time there. Then hard time hit us all and the timing of my payments pushed me into the 9 day grace period. My work hours did not always allow mw to call during hours and I was able to authorize payment (using a pre-arranged code) by leaving a message. 1 phone payment didn’t get processed and I was penalized $15. The company then began using an answering service that could not take payments and I was hit with numerous late fees as I struggled with their business hours, especially as the reduced hours of operation. Now, finally, the service can take payments and I was okay with the $3.50 raise in rent in this case. But now, for the second time in a very short period, I have been notified of an $8.50 increase. They stated that it is comparable to other units in the area. I just looked it up and that is false. In fact this website states a rate of $73.00 not $73.50 not $79.00 for a 5’x10’ unit. Additionally, I am finding web rates in addition to 50% for 2 months. 20 years and I am looking to move and save and even be able to make payments online (as I pay all my bills that way).

Great! Easy Move-in and good Management
I needed some space to store my stuff during a job and school transition period, and the staff were extremely helpful and good at following through on my online reservation and helping reserve a truck for moving my stuff into storage. Many thanks for a great move-in experience, I look forward to continued excellent service and ease of access.

Management was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking in the West Garden Grove or Stanton area.

I like the fact that all of their storage units are drive up. It makes it very convenient for loading and unloading.
