I rented my storage 2 days ago, and was told everything was fine and good. And also told they would take thier lock off the door as soon as I left. While I was there the guy at the counter was letting customers go in front of me before he finished up with me, and also told everyone he helped that he was in a hurry to leave. I came back today after I had already rented a truck for the day and when I got there my unit was locked. So now my unit was never unlocked for me, and I wasted money and time on a truck and loading up, and now I have to do it all over again.

After paying storage fees for over 2 years, I found out that my household goods at Safeguard Self Storage were damaged by rats/mice. To add insults to injury, I was informed that according to the contract I am not eligible for any compensation.
