Awesome place
Sam and Katie spend their time showing me the different storage spaces and were very nice. I am now using the space and will recomend it to my friends and family. The place is very clean and neat and I can upgade if I need to. Awesome Place

Safe, clean facility and wonderful staff
The managers, Sam and Katie, are such warm, caring, personable people. They treat everyone with respect and friendliness. They are extremely proactive at maintaining a clean, safe facility and take the time to take care of the customer. They are proactive to quickly to resolve anything which may arise. I would highly recommend this to anyone and, in fact, recommended it to a family member who is now a renter. We both feel very secure with our belongings at this facility managed by this outstanding staff.

Last minute/Holiday weekend
We needed storage at the last minute and it was Easter weekend, I found your 2nd month free deal online but not expecting you to be open was grateful and excited you were! It was in a perfect location and Mrs. Debra that helped us was great and very helpful even getting the onsite manager when our code would not work correctly. Thank you for your help, great price and being open when we needed you!

Best place in town for storage
We are very pleased with this storage place. We checked around and found that this one was the place for us. Out of all the places we checked this was the cleanest and had the best prices and specials. The staff does a super job and wouldn't want to store my personal belongings anywhere else. Great job American Mini Storage!

What a wonderful experience!
I am currently renting from this facility and am very happy with American Mini Storage. They have a very clean and safe facility. The staff was very helpful in helping us to find just what we needed to store our stuff. The price, cleanliness and staff are awesome!

Don't rent from this place You will be sorry!
rented a climate controlled storage room from American Mini Storage on August 24, 2011. Moved in on August 27th. Bought a lock from them and started moving my items into it. It was very hot in the whole building. Asked the manager why it was hot. She said due to many renters moving in the door had been left open a lot and it would cool off soon. The next day was Sunday and it was still very hot at least 100 degrees in the whole supposedly climate controlled facility. On the next business day I went to the office and told them we were removing our things as it was too hot and my garage at home was cooler by 12 degrees. She said they would be adding more air conditioning vents and having the air conditioning men to check the units and fining renters who left the door open. I walked all around the inside of the whole facility and it was extremely hot away from the doors. I called and told the manger we had moved our things out and asked for a refund. I was told no refund. I'm out $49 and very unhappy with this place of business. I paid for a cool place to put my valuable items in and it was not cool at all. Very unhappy and want to warn other people about this place and the way they do business. They give really good rates but if you want your items cool in the summer and warm in the winter, Look elsewhere because you get what you pay for and they give no refunds. What a ripoff.
