New to this, it was easy
I researched quite a bit, and this place was the best price for the best units, which are clean, organized, and easily accessible. When I called to book a unit the employee on the line was very helpful and even offered me helpful information I hadn't thought to have asked. When I arrived to drop off my stuff, though, a heavy-set woman at the front desk was on her cellphone and didn't immediately drop her call to help me. Still, it was quick and straight-forward how to find my unit, and use the garage/freight elevators. It's a good location for downtowners, even if you have to drive around the block if you miss where to pull in. I recommend it.

Great Storage Facility!
This is the perfect storage facility for almost anyone. Whether you're moving out of your house and have way too much stuff to take with you, or moving out of your apartment for the summer--this place is great. They have a really easy load and unload area that makes getting everything into your storage unit incredibly easy and quick. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for all storage purposes.

Exactly what I sought, and surprisingly more! Location & value cannot be topped! Additionally, uhaul/moving vehicle rental is right there on site, and the ease of the customer service experience is completely the cherry on the icing (thanks Matt!)...
