Good overall, but requires self-advocacy
This facility is clean, well kept and secure. However, there were a few bumps that should be noted by the management: I reserved a 5x10 online for $89, and when I was called to set up the details, I was offered a 4x12 for the same price. It's not a huge deal, but that would have been a bait-and-switch (if it were intentional, which I don't think it was). Also, the website promises a free truck rental, but there is a $15 insurance fee (plus a mileage limit). I don't mind the fee, but it isn't a free truck rental. There should be an asterisk noting the insurance fee. Also, paperwork was tedious and slow (the employee said the management prefers paper over the computer system). I would also prefer longer access hours, but I appreciate the lower price that comes with not having round-the-clock human security. Overall, I am content with this facility. (especially now that the paperwork is over.)
