Good price, not so good service
The unit was hard to find as I went past it three times. The sign was almost below street level! I tried calling the unit directly for directions 3 times over 10 minutes; no answer.
I finally found it only to see the manager talking with a new interested customer and ignoring the phone which was ringing. The new customer asked about it and he said "customer first" meaning he was taking care of him before answering the phone. When it was my turn to help and the phone rang, he immediately answered it.....WHAT?? I almost left right then. I stayed only because it was the only viable storage facility in my area....

Quick Process, Very Good Facility
This is the 3rd storage company I have used. By comparison, the facility is clean and secure. I like the location and ease of access. The personnel were very helpful and the process was quick and painless.
