The service was fast, easy and the employees who I dealt with so far have been very nice and polite. I was able to hold my unit via the enternet and get my unit that day. The move in special was very nice

Professional, Courteous, Safe, Secure
I found this storage facility through an internet search as I was looking for a 5x10 sized unit, close to Oakland Airport, at the lowest possible price. I found everything I was looking for PLUS ground level storage (drive right up, no need for an elevator or navigating a maze of interior hallways to get to your storage unit. The folks at the front desk are a pleasure to work with - very nice and helpful. I am able to comfortably conduct my worldwide travels knowing in full confidence my irreplaceable items are within the safe hands of Smart Stop at Grant Avenue.
