Kyle and Angie...outstanding helpful people...cant thank enough...the only problem i had...angie was kind enough to let me have 24 hour access on May 17th 2012 to move my duaghters belongings intothe storage facility past 7pm...when i arrived to finish the last load at about 730 pm...all the lights were off in the corridors...it's really difficult doing a move in the complete darkness...and i figure i lost some things....but couldnt see to know.

The young lady who rented me out my storage locker was very friendly and informative. Its a great location in central San Diego, in the Mission Valley area.

overall good deal, cart token system a drag
I had excellent help selecting my storage unit with Daniel. He showed me a total of 3 different ones, because the first two had water pipes and overhead ventilation taking up space, so I really appreciated his patience. The only complaint about the pricing is not having the $8 mandatory insurance included in the advertised price. When I returned to move in, I wasn't too thrilled with the cart "rental" system. You have to give them a piece of ID for a token to unlock a cart. In my case I hadn't seen the carts in advance, because there were none by the elevator of my unit. I had no idea they were so small, so after I'd walked down to the office for one token, wandered to other side and other end of storage unit building to find a cart, realized I'd need two when I saw their size, walked back to office without wallet, only to be told I couldn't get another token without another piece of ID, I was getting rather hot and irritated. It just seemed ridiculous to me that they can't make a note with your ID the amount of tokens you have! When I went to return the carts, two security guards told me I'd better take them back to exactly where I'd found them, I couldn't just return the carts to any empty slot. Wow, who knew it was such a big deal to get your crap in and out of the facility? But beyond that, it seems like a great location and great price.

Great Service & Clean Facility
Start to finish the process took less than 20 minutes including showing a particular rental space unit. Very helpful and professional office staff. Christopher was very courteous and helpful.
