Best storage unit ever!
You can’t beat their prices and customer service. In addition, one has the option (if available) to move to same size unit if the location is not satisfactory. I like the fact the manager is available if there’s something particular you want to discuss. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking to store their belongings short or long term.

Management is rude
Was 1 mo late on storage came in paid it in full and was charged $75 fee for advertising unit for sale !?!? When asked why I’m being charged that fee when I’m pd in full and unit is not being sold I was told “ if you don’t it’s partial pmt and won’t be accepted we will just sell it “

easy process fast move in
I needed a unit and fast due to needing to return a truck fast, I was able to reserve a big unit and move into the unit within a few hours. I received 3 welcome phone calls and the person at the facility was very nice. The unit needed to be swept but that wasn't a big deal. I will say my only issue is that the web site advertises 24/hr access and yet its not you can only access until 10pm.. that would be my only issue

This company has not disappointed.
I hate shopping for storage, luckily that doesn't come up often. This one was easy, priced ok and the service was great. I've already recommended it. Note there's practically no customer parking so a busy day could be a problem.

Very impressed with the immediate response to my online inquiry. The agent assisted me in completing my reservation quickly and accurately so upon arrival at the facility, all my information was available to the facility manager. He simply printed out my contract, assisted my in the access of the facility and showed me the space I rented. Clean unit and comprehensive safety in place to secure my belongings.

Ask alot of questions
I called to get a climate controlled unit when I went there the said they did not have one. So I looked online found one cheaper than what they quoted me. They wanted to me to rent a more expensive and smaller one than what I found on line. We are military coming home it was a challenge

Great customer service all-around
Customer service at Spare Foot and Storage Mart were both quick, easy and very convenient. I have a high standard of clean for a storage facility and I was happy with this place in every way. The Assistant Manager went with me to make sure the gate code worked, the door opened and made sure the container was okay with me... not to mention a good deal.
