I moved form Lock Away storage to this Storage Mart because of the great price. This one is about 20 minutes from my house as opposed to my old storage being across the street from me. But well worth the distance! Very friendly manager

They stayed late for me.
I was in a hurry to get a unit and was running late to get there by closing , due to 5 o'clock traffic, so I called and told them I'd be there a couple minutes before closing and they actually waited and even stayed to spray the unit for bugs before I got my things unloaded in the unit, and I was also allowed to move in way after hours! So, thanks so much!

Great location
I was moving from Houston and not able to arrive before closing. The staff was very understanding and my paperwork was left in my storage. The storage unit was clean and good location. However, it does not have a light and if you are there at night; it was difficult to see. We had to use car headlights. I would recommend this location.

I needed a unit quickly, and I needed a cheaper, but large unit for some furniture for an unexpected move. I got the unit within an hour, first month free, and without hassle. Unit itself was clean and easy to get to.

Not satisfied with unit location and misinformation
Storage unit is not n bad spot all ur to rate and only corporate companies receive 24 hr access which was not stated to us when we reserved. We were told that we had that access as well. Manager kind and accommodating.

Ok facility for AC units
The staff called several times to confirm my move in date, maybe to insure their payment. I haven't heard from them since. Regarding the free first month, I moved in mid month and lost half of that discount. I even asked for it and was told no. The staff did walk to the unit with me to show me the complicated entry code system. It's not hard, just complicated, but maybe that helps prevent burglary. Facility is bright and clean. Location isn't great for trailers because of Thousand Oaks traffic.

Clean, safe, and convenient!
I like the climate controlled units since I used an outdoor access unit before at another place that got pretty dirty over time. If you are looking more for a garage replacement, that's probably fine, butI wanted more of a closet, so got an indoor unit and am very happy with that. It also did not cost much more than a non-climate controlled one. Service is excellent. Unit was ready when promised and check in was easy. Everything you could need to move in is available in the lobby. Seems very safe with access strictly limited to renters. Parking is not marked but there is ample room near the units to pull up close. Location is convenient to all parts of the city and being open every day, including holidays, is a definite plus. Highly recommend this facility!

Clean, safe, and convenient!
I'm renting a small, climate controlled unit and when I arrived, it was spotless, easily accessible, and a very reasonable rate. I like that the contract is month to month so I'm not obligated to keep the unit any longer than necessary, but it is such a nice way to store things, I may never use a garage again! The facility is open every day of the year, even holidays. And the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend StorageMart!

I spoke with Dennis at the main office, and I have to say, he was the best. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and was very impressed by this gentleman. He went over everything and then at the end, he recapped...Amazing employee!!I didn't have any questions for him because he answered all of my questions during the first 10 minutes I was on the phone with him. I am so glad I called and got Dennis on the phone, because he clearly knows this company and I put my trust in StorageMart because of him...And I will tell 50 of my friends about what a great experience I had with your company, since WORD OF MOUTH is powerful in the customer service world.. terrible service
Warning! Do not store your stuff here the management has no consideration for people going through tough times. Im am a single father who has full custody of 2 children and I had to quit my my job my only source of income when my 5 month old son was diagnosed with cancer (neuroblastoma) and the manager and regional manager will not work with you to keep your childrens items stored in this facility. They will not give you any extra time or take of any late charges to help you out and will threaten to auction your sick childs things. If I could have predicted my child was going to get cancer I would have never stored my things here. If you want true christian american people I highly recommend Noahs ark storage they will truly work with you.

A little surprised by the extra fees that were added after I called and was given a quote and I provided my credit card number.
We called for a quote because we needed a storage unit fast. We were quoted prices, explained all the rules and regulations and then when I got there I had about $30 in extra fees added .
