A little water was on the floor of unit, but i got the insurance and put some extra that i had on the floor. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The place is a litttle tight, so i would not take nothing more than a 20' ft... i had a 17'ft truck. I paid for the rest of Feburary from the 24th till the 29th for $64.00 to include insurance, & pad lock. The $64.00 gives me the unit until April 1st. Great deal.
