We needed a place to store some of our son's school furniture, etc while he is home for the summer. Jeff the manager was a tremendous help and the total value was terrific. We would most definitely recommend this to anyone.

Staff is very helpful!
Though the location was on the outskirts of the area we wanted, the staff was extremely helpful and the price was by far the best we could find. We were provided assistance in lifting a large TV and a storage blanket. As a family run business, the staff provided the personal touch. I had a very good experience and would recommend this facilty to others.

Great value right in downtwon Salem
I was so happy to find Salem Self-Storage. This facility is downtown right across from the police station. Very easy access-- you just drive right in to the loading dock- just a few feet from the entrance. The Penske truck rental on the site is very convenient. The facility has temperature control, great lighting, security cameras and it is clean. The best part about Salem Self-Storage is the excellent customer service- very friendly, hardworking staff. It is a top storage facility. Thanks!

Just what I needed
I needed a quick solution to my moving needs, and this company was very accommodating. I explained that I only needed 1-2 months for the unit, and they gave me a special price. The elevator makes it incredibly easy to bring things to and from your unit. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you for everything.
