Our state of the art facility is located at 330 Roemer Way, Santa Maria, CA 93454. Simply Broadway south bound from the 101 and take the second left to Roemer Way, we will be on your right.

Our extensive inventory of 442 units is available in ten sizes with many temperature controlled.

If you have special needs we can accommodate 24 hour access, otherwise our gate hours are 7am-7pm, 7 days a week and our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm, with special arrangements we will accept your deliveries.

Our facility is 5 years old and provides the most current technology in security services and is an important factor when renting self-storage space. We have 16 cameras, state of the art lighting, alarm systems connected to the police department, all set in a most pleasant environment.

For your convenience, when you sign our month to month lease agreement you are entitled to use our free move in truck! Free moving carts and dollies are also available.

Supplies galore! Boxes of all sizes, bubble wrap, tools, wire, gift wrap, and anything else you might need to have a pleasant moving experience. Visit our large showroom and see for yourself!..
