Very professional.
The team at AAA is the best. Always on top of everything. I get a Fedex.....I get a call. Like having my own office staff. Always say hello and make me feel at home. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

I own/run a small family business and needed a reasonable, functional commercial space w/electric for my machine shop. AAA is perfect, exellent value, secure, and friendly professional staff, that introduced me to other business renters as part of the AAA family:} Clean restrooms for renters use.

It was clean when we rented and we made sure to leave it that way.
MY husband and I moved back to Hilton Head island into a much smaller apartment and needed a safe and secure place to store our belongs. The security was great and the staff were very helpful.

Very efficient and "in touch" staff
Excellent service, always on time with paperwork and like the various offers....discount for automatic checking account payments. They contact you only when they have something to say!

Very convenient!!
The staff is very professional and the units and halls are immaculate. I often stop by late at night and the lighting makes me feel quite comfortable. Prices are competitive.

Blessed to Use AAA Storage
I am truly blessed to have been introduced to AAA Storage. They have been incredibly gracious to me & my non-profit Christian ministry. Always warm, friendly, and helpful. A very special place that is a mini-community of artists, hobbyists, local business people, etc. This is not the average storage facility, and I never hesitate to refer people there.

Excellent Customer Service
These days it is hard to find a business that is kind and sensitive to the need of their customers...NOT HERE!!! Everyone is helpful, friendly, and efficient. They GO THE EXTRA MILE to make their custmers happy. I highly recommend them.

Helpful
The employees were helpful and accommodating when moving my storage in. My only qualm was paying a pro-rate to move in but having to pay for the full month when leaving. I had spoken with someone and had understood the first and last month was pro-rated. This aside, I would recommend this business.

Great staff
great staff, very clean and secure, on site restrooms for clean up,24hr access. Great location. They also have penske trucks.
